This suite of lessons targets National Curriculum requirements for Year 5 Science on Living Things and Their Habitats.

The three extended lessons cover the differences in life cycles of mammals, amphibians, insects and birds; how animals reproduce; and how the work of naturalists and aminal behaviourists has contributed to our understanding of the natural world.  To be used with the accompanying presentation, which is filled with lots of great photos and diagrams to illustrate key points.
Each lesson has suggestions for activities to extend learning.
