YPTE is delighted to be working with Eurostar to launch a new partnership with two leading European environment and sustainability organisations, GoodPlanet Foundation, GoodPlanet Belgium together with Eurostar's Culinary Director for Business Premier, Michelin-starred  chef Raymond Blanc to offer an exciting opportunity for young people in the UK, France and Belgium.  Create a Sustainable Business Premier Dish is a unique competition which offers young people the opportunity to develop a sustainable dish to be served on board Eurostar's most prestigious class of service.  The competition is open to entries from individual students from the age of 15 to 19 years old in the UK, France and Belgium.

The winning dish, chosen from all the entries will be served on rotation in Business Premier carriages for a period of three months, so this is a fantastic opportunity for young people to kick-start a career in the hospitality industry.  The winner will also receive £1500, while there will be three runners-up (one from each of the participating countries) who will each receive £500.  So if you've got a passion for cooking, and you're already clued-up on creating sustainable dishes or you'd like to learn how, this is your chance!
