News

YPTE is offering young writers the chance to have their articles on environmental issues published in our News Section!

At YPTE, we would like to start giving young people the chance to have their voices heard about environmental issues.  So from now on, we'll be publishing the best piece of writing on environmental issues that we receive from anybody under the age of 18 at the end of each month.  The articles will appear in the 'News' section of ypte.org.uk.
There are no word limits, just make sure your piece discusses an environmental issue (or issues), gets your point across and is interesting to read.  Please submit your article by including it in the body of your email and sending it to info@ypte.org.uk with the subject 'Young writer's environmental article'.
We recommend that you submit your article via a parent or guardian's email account but please make sure you have their permission first.  We will only publish your first name and age with your article, so your identity won't be made public.
We're really looking forward to seeing what young people have to say about the environmental issues that really matter to them!
