The Copenhagen Climate Change summit was a gathering of world leaders in the capital of Denmark over a two week period from 7th - 18th December 2009.
Aims of the Summit
The aims of this meeting was to come up with a deal to replace the Kyoto protocol, a deal which is to expire in 2012. 15,000 delegates and officials were present, representing 192 nations, all with different expectations/aspirations of what they wanted to achieve.Read More: What About Kyoto?
